PacketDrivers Announces New Service Providing Businesses

with Advanced Insight into Computer and Networking Issues

SEATTLE, WA, Tuesday, June 29, 2004 — PacketDrivers, a leading provider of outsourced Information Technology (IT) services, announced today a new service that provides small and medium-sized business with a way to monitor their local and wide area networks from a central location.  This new monitoring system, known as ProactiveIT, will track utilization and identify potential problems before they occur, allowing IT personnel to correct issues before they effect business operations.
