  • Please note that for emergency system wide outages outside the Help Desk support hours you must call the Help Desk number (206-388.2525) AND follow the prompts for emergency support. At that time a PacketDrivers Engineer will be paged. A PacketDrivers Engineer is on-call for emergency support 7×24.
