For our IT Outsourcing clients we have multiple options for support.  Our goal is to provide you with the best support we can. Please use the option that will best help us identify and resolve your issue. (monthly customers only)

1. You can send an e-mail to our Help Desk at helpdesk@packetdrivers.com.

2. You can call our Help Desk at (206) 388-2525.

3. Login into our Help Desk Internet Portal to log an issue and notify an engineer.  Each IT Outsourcing client has a unique URL for submitting support requests.  If you are a monthly client refer to your company Intranet or previous e-mail detailing the process for submitting a support request
